May be psoriasis: Hard to say without seeing. The presence of thickened red scaly plaques on the elbows & knees can be common sites for psoriasis. I would see a dermatologist to have it checked.

Elbow: Sounds like you have "golfer's elbow" or medial epicondylitis. You don't have to be a golfer to get this. See an ortho.

Movement/pain: If you can't move it, it locks, looks crooked, or is signifantly painful it should be checked.  If pain is just superficial but everything else works yoiu could probably watch it for a few weeks to see if it will go away.

Not wise: The nerve that runs through the bony areas of your elbow is very sensitive and too much pressure can cause numbness and tingling.  It is the same area that causes discomfort when you "hit your funny bone."  it is recommended that when you are working or watching tv that you do not sit with bent elbows unless he area is padded.

Alarm Clock Headache: Highly doubt elbows related to headache BUT the fact you get up between 4-7a with or because of headaches is interesting. Though not the best story I'd like to hear for this but there is a headache type called "The Alarm Clock" headache. You'd need to keep a log of these events to be sure of this diagnosis.
