If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Do take it at the same time every day to ensure maximum effectiveness. If you don't miss pills and take it on time, your risk of pregnany is low.

Yes it is possible: The pill is very effective at preventing pregnancy.  You are possibly having unprotected intercourse and the withdrawal method is also somewhat effective.  So if you are on the pill and practicing a withdrawal method, then the chance of pregnancy is extremely low, but never zero!

Welll: If you had sex a that time you missed the pill then the chances of pregnancy were slightly higher but still low. If you had sex two weeks after you missed the one pill then there is no decrease effectiveness of your pill. Consider using an IUD or Nexplanon to avoid having to remember to take pills.

It varies somewhat: Some home pregnancy tests are more sensitive than others. The more sensitive tests may be able to detect low levels of hCG as early as four days before your period is due, or seven days after conception.

Abnormal period: Check a home pregnancy test and if not pregnant, you should get checked for possible sexually transmitted disease.  Genital infections can cause an irregular period.  Also, make sure that you are not skipping any pill dose as doing so will make your bleeding irregular and will make the pill less effective against pregnancy.

Pill pregnancy?: Anytime you are exposed to semen, it is possible to become pregnant.  The pill is effective , but if more than seven days passed without taking a pill at the end of your previous pack, the pill will not prevent ovulation 
Get a serum pregnancy test a week from now, and see your healthcare provider if positive for an exam.

A woman on combination birth control pills, taking them properly, and is beyond her first pack of pills... has no fertile days. She is not fertile when on birth control pills. Unlikely, but...: Plan B works most of the time but not every time, so that means a person who uses Plan B is not likely to get pregnant from that episode of sex. Of course, one should do a home urine pregnancy test 3 weeks later to confirm non-pregnancy, because Plan B does not work every time.
