Have her get a test: To see if she is pregnant. A blood test called a quantitative HCG, is more accurate early on in pregnancy then a urine test. Not unusual for a period to be sometimes late. But the fact she is on birth control should help prevent a pregnancy at a rate approaching 98-99%.

i had sex on june 7, unprotected & started bleeding for three days after. it was not light but not heavy bleeding so medium bleeding. i am supposed to get my period today but have not gotten it yes. i am wondering if i could be pregnant?

: Some "medium bleeding" may occur due to irritation of an inflamed cervix by sexual activity. Depending on whether the "unprotected sex" was during or soon after ovulation, a reliable "home" pregnancy test can be done five days or so after the expected onset of your menstruation, given that your menstrual cycle is "regular" (24-32 days apart).

Not usually: Although every woman is different and some women even have late ovulations in the latter part of their cycle, it is not usual that you would become pregnant when having intercourse that late in the cycle.  If you are concerned, however, check a pregnancy test if your cycle is late.

Too soon to know: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about 2-3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

: If you get a regular flow every month and you normally ovulate 2 weeks before your flow. The time your less likely to get pregnant would be right before your flow.

Probably not: Typically ovulation occurs about 14 days before menses begins, but there can be variations. If you don't want to be pregnant you should use appropriate contraception and never have unprotected intercourse.  Do an ept; if negative repeat it in a week if you don't start your period.

: Ovulation can occur outside of the typical time. If you had a full regular period, you are most probably not pregnant. To avoid stress and anxiety about this in the future, use regular contraceptives. Oral hormonal contraception is just one option. There are shots that last 3 months, implants that last 3-5 years and IUD's that can last 3, 5 or 10 years. Talk to your Dr.

Very possibly : All of the symptoms you described could be from pregnancy. It would be best to buy a test and find out.

Before ovulation: Sperm can make a baby when deposited on any of the five days leading up to ovulation. They do not cause pregnancy after ovulation or when your are menstruating.

Possible: If there is still viable sperm in the woman's body at the time of ovulation, then pregnancy is possible.
