Early: Some have morning sickness in response to the hormones in the second half of the cycle even when there is no pregnancy. It would be rare for you to be pregnant at this point but possible. Need to check a home test.

Yes: The symptoms of "morning sickness" can vary quite a bit from one women to another or even from one pregnancy to another. The exact cause of the symptoms is not clear. In addition, the symptoms can often be similar to the those preceding a normal period, premenstrual symptoms. So it is often confusing to a women and risky to try to interpret the reasons for a specific set of symptoms.

No: If you had sex two days ago, you cannot have any signs or symptoms of pregnancy. 
Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about 2-3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

It's : It's less likely you are pregnant since your period came, but it is still a possibility.  The only way to know if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test. You can either take a home pregnancy test as long as it has been 5- 6 weeks since your last normal period, or you can go see your doctor and they can test you - whichever is easier for you. A home pregnancy test is 97% accurate if taken a week or more after the missed period. A blood test can tell if you are pregnant as soon as 7 days after conception and a doctor's urine pregnancy test can tell if you are pregnant around when you next period should come.
