breathing difficulties,dizziness,nausea & uncomfortable after eating spicy foods.whats wrong im terribly scared.worsen while laying down ?

Possible indigestion: You may be suffering from acid reflux or and indigestion.  You should not eat spicy foods and watch what and when you eat.  It would not be a bad idea to see your physician to see if you are a candidate for medication or any other needed treatment.

Dehydrated?: Dehydration can cuse this. Make sure you are drinking enough fluids - 6-8 glasses (8oz) each day. Hope this helps !

Dizziness: Your description of "dizziness" is vague and we need to figure out if you have 'vertigo' or 'lightheadedness.'  Given the circumstances, it sounds most likely like lightheadedness, either from heart beat changes, 'vagal' stimulation, or just maybe dehydration from exercise.  Start with a visit to PCP for history, physical, then labs and heart tests as indicated.

Low blood sugar: the only way you can really tell if it is low blood sugar is to do a glucose check when you are feeling shaky or lightheaded.  I would suggest just making sure you eat a snack or a protein bar when you are feeling this way.  Always eat a good breakfast in the morning.  It starts off your day in the right way. Labyrinthitis: Depending on which nerve root was affected by your shingles outbreak, you may have "irritated" nerves that innervate the labyrinth, or balance centers of the ears.  If shingles was not a case of the head and neck area, then i recommend a simple blood test such as imunocap, which tests for food allergies, thus helping you identify allergies directly and minimize your exposure to them.
