salt/fat cravings before bed - what does it mean? i get incredible salt and fat cravings right before bed.  is there any reasons why?

i eat dinner and am full, but then right as i near time for bed, i could eat a truck load of salty/fatty foods like chee

do we get any health benefit from cold shower? or anything we should aware before we try? is better take cold shower at morning or before bed?

The physiologic effects include raising cortisol levels which may make you happy or excited and can suppress your immunity some. In darker times, this was recommended to young men to suppress natural urges. Since most people don't like it, it's only natural that somebody will say "it's good for you." you decide.

No: Chewing sugary gum  before bed can ruin yur teeth, but it will not make you fat.  There is not enough sugar in gum to do that.

Acid reflux: This is the most common reason. Is it relieved by antacids? These symptoms can get worse so it is important to see a doctor about them. It may be as simple as taking medications to keep the acid down but let the doctor make the call.

The best way to lose fat is to eat healthy foods (including plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and legumes), exercise moderately (too vigorously, and you may get too hungry according to recent studies), and take care of your emotional health (&quot;what&#x27;s eating you&quot; could be why you don&#x27;t always eat right).

i'm on 10 mg ambien, (zolpidem) it's not working, i wake up 2-3 time at night and can't get back to sleeep for a while. can i take 2 before bed?

Sleep: 10 mg is the max for Ambien, (zolpidem) don't take a second.  Go back to whomever prescribed the Ambien, (zolpidem) they might have to change up your medicine.  Have you ever tried Melatonin, which is over the counter?  That sometimes will help people sleep.

When you feel like: There is no method or time better than the other. You can shower as it suits your schedule. The social circumstances and your interactions with other people are more important. However, after exercise, it would be better to shower soon after.

Not sure : After meals can be because of diverted blood flow to the intestine to digest your food. Before bed? Not sure. Unless maybe you're downing some late evening coffee/tea/soda/caffeine?

i accidentally took psuedophedrine right before bed. is there anything i can do to get some sleep?

Try benadryl: You may try taking a benadryl up to 50 mg but there is no guarantee that this will work.  If you already have a sleeping pill in your possession, this is another option.
