Yes: If the sexual partner has gc, syphilis, chlamydia, hepatitis b, hepatitis c, tb, or hiv.  All of these std can cause severe arthritis.

Yes: Any time you have sexual contact with another person's genitals there is risk for infection, viral or bacterial.  Though unlikely, it is definitely not unheard of.  You may want to discretely mention to her that you noticed an odor and inquire as to whether or not she has had a recent STD check up.  Could also be something benign like bacterial vaginosis.  Have a conversation, prevent STIs.

Nothing specific: It is the swimmer(sperm) who gets there first that determines the sex of the baby. There is no special position, tea, day of the month or whatever else you heard that makes any difference.There are a lot of myths out there about gender selection &amp; all work half the time. If you are not pregnant after a year of trying, consult with the OB or a fertility center.

Hmmm....: The pain with first sex idea is overdone. If a woman has a healthy vulva and vagina; if she is very stretchy; if she is happy and relaxed, with lots of natural lubrication; if a guy enters at a good angle, at the right spot; if he moves with small motions until she is well-lubricated and stretched out; there may be little or no hymen tearing nor bleeding. Also, pain is as much mental as physical.

Yes: I assume you did not have a condom on. You are exposed to all the sexually transmitted diseases plus also infections that are in the blood.  I would seek medical attention to find out exactly what the rash is and try to wear a condom every time whether she is on her period or not.

Decreased risk: Taking emergency contraception decreases the risk of unplanned pregnancy when used within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. Always check a pregnancy test about 2 weeks after use to confirm that it worked. Condoms are very effective when used correctly so the emergency contraception was likely not necessary
