Bacteria milked up: Bacteria from outside and around the urethral opening, which is only 1-2 millimeters away fro the vaginal opening, get pushed up the urethra by the pumping action of penis in the vagina, which lies directly under the urethra. Thus bacteria are "massaged", pushed or milked up into the bladder where they multiply and cause a uti. Hence advice to empty bladder after sex.

Should not: The scope is inserted into your rectum in a colonoscopy and should not in any way cause a uti.  If you were catheterized for any reason during the procedure, than that could be risk factor for getting a uti.

Yes: I think it would be very possible to get "bad" bacteria like e coli into the urethra or urinary opening by touching toilet tissue there. Especially if it is visibly soiled or otherwise contaminated.

Masturbation/UTI ?: Masturbation, if the urethral opening is contaminated with vaginal secretions, may infect the bladder on occasion.  Bleeding associated with masturbation is unusual, and may be coincidental with the onset of your menses. Injury during masturbation with certain devices may also cause light bleeding.

: For a lady with recurrent UTI, one of the general advices is voiding after the intercourse. Because of female anatomy, vagina and urethra openings are so close so there is chance that the bacteria (especially for poor hygienic partner) gain entry into the urethra and then bladder which can trigger the cystitis. However, a majority of women do not void after sex and most do not have lower UTI.

No risk: UTIs are not due to the kind of bacteria typically on the hands and fingers, and hand-genital contact does not cause UTI. And UTIs are rare in men your age.

Its possible: UTIs occur when bacteria move up the urethra into the bladder.  Its possible that if you sprayed water up the urethra it could carry bacteria that you could get a bladder infection.   If you get UTI symptoms, you will need and antibiotic.  Best wishes!

Sex: The most common reason you get bacteria into an otherwise sterile bladder, is thru intercourse. The vaginal canal is full of bacteria, and the pumping action of sex is what can push bacteria up into the bladder, hence the common term "honeymoon cystitis." but, certainly other ways are possible if the bacteria can migrate up the short urethra.
