Yes: Testing for STDs can be done while on your period. Some are done on blood drawn from your arm and others on urine or cervical swabs but bleeding does not prevent any of the testing.The only way to know why a physician would want to just do an exam and no blood or urine tests would be to ask that physician. Sorry I can't tell u what the other doctor was thinking. It may have been done to save money

: Pregnancy is documented during exposure on any day of a woman's cycle including menses. It is uncommon &amp; more likely in those with irregular cycles but it happens. There are no 100% safe days. Anal sex does not make babies.

: Negative urine and blood test can assure only for absence of gonorrhea and chlamydia.  Incubation periods for syphilis and HIV are 3 weeks and 1-2 weeks each.

See a Doctor: If you have missed a period for 2 months and have a negative pregnancy test, please see a doctor. Maybe you are stressed and it has affected your hormone and that is why your periods are delayed. See a doctor who can also evaluate your discharge. Good Luck!
