Ovulation Symptoms: Symptoms of early pregnancy are very similar to symptoms after ovulation which are also very similar to symptoms just before your period. So that is a common observation. Nothing in particular to worry about at this point.

Probably: Hepatitis B is an effective vaccine and all children have been routinely vaccinated since 1991.  For adults the usual recommendation is to vaccinate if there is any risk of exposure (healthcare workers, people with immunodeficiency, etc).  More recently the vaccine is being offered to all adults.

Bacterial vaginitis: Bv is mainly due to shift overgrowth of your own vaginal organism. Do not do vaginal douches. Avoid unnecessary antibiotic use. They can change your vaginal natural bacterial environment causing BV to grow. Exam and testing is important to rule out other infections.

Endemic: Group b strep (gbs) is present in or on the body of almost everyone.  For pregnancy care we obtain a culture of the vagina, perineum, and anus at about 35 to 37 weeks to determine if gbs is present - which it is about 1/3 of the time.  The gbs is present in the bowel in most people and it can travel to the vaginal and even sometimes cause bladder infections when it gets into the bladder.
