can you feel your lymph nodes in your armpit and move i'm a skinny person so is this what it is?

: You can feel lymph glands in the armpits, especially while your arms are hanging down loosely against the side of your chest wall. When you stretch your arms high up, the lymph glands will retract deeper into the armpits.

can you feel lymph nodes in the armpit even when there is no cuase to make them show? i'm very very slim so could they just be feelable because i am so slim? they've been feelable for around 2 years?

: Ask as often as you wish, the answer will not change. Lymph nodes are normal body structures that can be felt if not buried under muscle or in fat. If you are concerned have this discussion with your doc who can examine and decide the importance of what you feel.

i can feel lymph nodes in groin and armpits ( less than 1 cm) since 3 years. is it normal?

Not Normal, BUT...: May not be pathological either.  Best for you to get an evaluation of your chronic lypmhadenopathy.

: Lymph nodes may be palpable in a skinny person. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!

: If pathological, enlarged lymph nodes are obvious. I say it that way because an examiner can palpate normal lymph nodes with experience, especially in patients like you with a lean body habitus. You are at an age where you notice many things about your body you never paid attention to before, which can feed into anxiety about your health. If you feel ok, you are. Don't look for signs you're not.

Various things: Lymph nodes enlargement can be caused by various reasons- among them would  include- infection ( especially in the arm pit- infection of the root of the hair is common), inflammation, wound/trauma/scratches etc, malignancy - for instance- spread from adjacent organ like breast, or lymphoma etc.  Infection would be the most common, see your doc and have yourself checked.
