Nope: No risk, even if the clothes were tried on by someone with a genital HPV infection. Genital HPV infection is only acquired by sex with an infected person.

Not the bathing suit: Your genital warts did not come from trying on a bathing suit. HPV/warts is never transmitted by shared clothing, toilet seats, etc -- you ONLY get it by sex with an infected partner. It doesn't have to be recent sex:  an HPV infection acquired years earlier can reactivate. See a doctor to both confirm the diagnosis (some genital bumps are not warts) and get proper treatment. Not the same: Of the many dozens of hpv strains, two strains are known to cause genital warts, 7+ strains that are associated with cervical cancer and  far more strains not associated at this time with anything. Therefore, you can have hpv  without having genital warts.

Unlikely: There are many strains of HPV and some affect non-genital skin preferentially. In all likelihood you cleared the HPV virus from your body long time ago and are not contagious.

It may spread...: ...But not because of a bath or water. You may bathe and clean your feet as you normally would, without fear of causing the warts to spread. They do, however, occasionally spread of their own accord. Only treatment to remove the warts will stop them from spreading.

Possible: I guess it is possible that bubble bath may have caused some irritation or that the wart was already irritated and more sensitive but this doesn't seem to me to be a common complaint.

No risk at all: HPV infections, with or without genital warts, are only transmitted by intercourse. No risk at all from bathing, sharing towels, or even sleeping together if no sex. No worries at all!

can a foot wart (year old/frozen once) thats still not fully gone pass onto fabric? i tossed my bath mat in my wash along with my normal clothes in hot water and an oxi disinfectant detergent powder. can it spread onto my clothes? thanks?

: Standard cleaning and laundry detergents are 100% effective in killing human papillomaviruse, and there is no possibility of your other clothing in the wash with the bath mat will have transmissible HPV. But even without these precautions, the chance you will inoculate the HPV causing your foot wart to a new body site is extremely low. Don't worry about it.

It is safe.: It is safe to take a bath.  This will not cause spread.
