Don't see a reason: not to fly in a pressurized passenger plane, but why not ask the surgeon who performed the surgery about all the do's  and don't 's, after the surgery?

6 months: Scar maturation takes about 6 months so that should be the minimal time  The strabismus induced by the underlying condition and the decompression with probably change during this period.  After  you have had about 2 months with no change, then you can consider strabismus surgery.
