Bacterial infection.: You could have developed a secondary bacterial infection / abscess / boil / furuncle in an area that was inflamed / raw due to the yeast infection. They will first perform a visual inspection &amp; digital exam after taking your history as to circumstances, duration, quality, timing of symptoms &amp; your risk factors. They may then determine topical treatment or ask to perform further evaluation of the rectal lining. Problem may be dermatologic, infectious, inflammatory, functional, etc.

Might well be: You don't say what your gastrointestinal issues are, but candida or other intertrigo is a strong possibility. Are you on antibiotics? 
In any case, dryness is the key to recovery. After bathing or showering, dry the area as well as you can. You might consider a hair dryer to help (set on cold, don't burn yourself) and  then use baby powder or nystatin powder. The key to success is dryness!
