DOUBTFUL: If you ovulated in the 4th and had sex 2 weeks later, than you would not get pregnant.

Although she took: Plan b within 72 hours of sex, it is more effective when taken within 24 hours. Her chances of becoming pregnant are significantly reduced but pregnancy is still possible.

Approx 24 hours: It is best to take emergency contraception if you are in the right time frame. It is some times risky to have anal sex followed by vaginal intimacy as it is easy also to get infection. Anal sex can also be associated  with sexually transmitted infections. In short, whether you have anal sex or vaginal sex, you must still use a condom. Condoms protect you from both. Be smart and wise. Good Luck!
