Still infected.: If the boil is hard and still hurts, it has not completely drained.  Get checked and see.  If small, heat and antibiotics may help. If larger, it may need to be lanced, which is better than waiting for it to get worse and drain on it's own incompletely again.

Many Things: There are many things that cause painful bumps in this area:  Ingrown hairs, skin infections (boils), hidradenitis, etc.   hidradenitis is a very common cause of this.  Best wishes!

: Wash daily with mild soap and water, dry, apply OTC antibiotic ointment. If not better in a week pl see your Gyn.

You need to be seen.: This sounds like an infected cyst, which needs drainage to get relief of the infection and pain.  It has nothing to do with cleanliness or diseases---just bad luck!  Go to an ObGyn or FP or if you can't get in quickly you can go to an ED for some pain relief and a referral.  Meanwhile, sit in very warm water;  you can also use a hot water bottle, wear a warm washcloth or a hand warmer to the area.

this could be an inflamed cyst, small abscess, or clogged Bartholin's gland. A gynecologist or dermatologist can usually make the diagnosis with a visual exam.  If necessary, surgical drainage of a cyst or abscess could be done, or an excision of the bump, if it is determined that a biopsy is needed.  It is unlikely that it is a tumor, but it would be wise to have a proper exam done of the bump, as soon as possible.

See a doctor: Vartious infections can do this, including STDs if at risk (e.g. herpes, syphilis), Bartholin gland abscess (sometimes caused by gonorrhea or chlamydia). If the "white spots" are open sores, herpes is likely. A severe yeast infection (thrush) also is possible. This really should not be treated without knowing the cause. See a doctor, e.g. gynecologist. Good luck.

Skin bacteria: Usually staph, strep, or other common skin bacteria. Possibly an STD, but unlikely. Hands off, no squeezing. See a doctor if it is large and painful, or if spreading redness, fever, or if it doesn't clear up in a few days. Good luck.
