Usually not: Theoretically possible for UTI to cause late period but usually not an "uncomplicated"UTI. Without pregnancy causes of missed or late period can be stress,anxiety,depression,too much dieting and weight loss fast. If you miss another period go to your family doctor or you gyn doctor. Uti: It should not really do this although a severe upper tract (kidney) infection or any serious infection could delay a period assuming the pregnancy test is truly negative.

: Some women who are usually very predictable can skip a cycle occasionally. The amount of delay is unpredictable and there are no real symptoms other than the delay &amp; negative pregnancy tests.  If it goes past two months with a negative pregnancy test many OBGYNs would offer meds to bring on a menses. By that point it would usually be quite heavy.

POSSIBLE: It maybe due to the UTI and stress. You did not mention what sort of protection that you use. Take over the counter pregnancy check if you are still concerned.

Here are some ...: See your gyn-doc to confirm what might have caused "weid brown discharge" so reasonable Rx/ care/ counseling can be instituted timely. Some women have such, which is related with their contraceptives and menstrual cycles; of course, the odd to have BV, UTI, or STD-related infections such as chlamydia, trich, etc. needs to be ruled out.

drank plan b 2 weeks ago had spotting after that then i started feeling some bladder pressure with no pain as if it was a uti for a week now and 6 days late period spotted 2 days and haven't had any discharge until now its very watery. is it normal?

: Consult your GYN physician for an exam and additional testing (ultrasound, pregnancy testing) if a "home" pregnancy test is positive.
