: Probably from irritation. try cortisone cream to meatus and a condom during sex to prevent meatus getting irritated. Good luck

NGU: NGU or non-gonococccal urethritis is a  condition linked with sexual activity that causes burning with urination.  It may is not detected be detected by normal STD testing panels. So if the tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia are negative,  special testing for ureaplasma/mycoplasma may be needed  Clinicians will often treat empirically without specific testing.  Doxycyline is effective.

Normal bacteria: It's normal to have U. urealyticum in the genital tract. Once in a while it causes nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) in men, but generally harmless both in men and their sex partners. UU doesn't show up on routine tests; testing is rarely needed except in special circumstances. So nothing to worry about, especially if no symptoms. If in doubt, see an STD or infectious diseases expert. Good luck!
