Discharge : Discharge during pregnancy can be thick and white.  If you have yellow or green discharge, any pain, fever or vomiting then you must be seen immediately.

: Pregnancy is known to have occured from sex on all and any days of the sex. If sex happened less than 72 hours ago, consider taking plan B.

Probably not: Typically ovulation occurs about 14 days before menses begins, but there can be variations. If you don't want to be pregnant you should use appropriate contraception and never have unprotected intercourse.  Do an ept; if negative repeat it in a week if you don't start your period.

That is normal.: A woman has a period. The first day of the period is day #1 of her menstrual cycle. She ovulates (egg is released) 1/2 way through her menstrual cycle.  If she becomes pregnant during the time of ovulation than she will not have any further periods until she delivers.  If a woman has 28 day cycle then she will menstruate around day #14 & her next period should come around day #29.

Not normal: It is not normal to have intermenstrual spotting. It is important to have a papsmear done to ensure that your cervix is healthy - it may manifest as spotting, especially after intercourse. Simultaneously the doctor can then check for other infections such as Candida that can cause a pink discharge. The other diagnosis may be blood collecting in a previous caesar scar that can leak intermittently.
