You need to see your doctor to look into other possibilities.  In your age group, common causes would be anemia, iron deficiency, depression.

: The lesions you describe are likely not related to sexual exposure.Try a moisturizer with Lactic acid 12% daily.It may soften the bumps that, from the description, might be Keratosis pilaris associated with a tendency to have eczema. The safest protection from STD's &amp;HIV is abstinence.The 2nd way is safe sex.Be sure to practice every step of safe sex, not only get tested.If at risk,go to the Doc.
