i woke up with a runny nose and a sore throat. i was sick about 3 weeks ago but it seems like im getting sick again. i cant keep missing work to go see a doctor. any medication i can take to relive symptoms fast?

light/red patches are developing around the sides of my nose due to continuous peeling in this area. i stopped using the most recent skincare products to see if it would get better. my skin looks like it has been burnt?

Inadequate informati: You did not give enough information like what skin care products you were using and if you have problems with your scalp like dandruff. Face cleansing with good facial cleanser without much rubbing; and using like topical sulfur for acne may be helpful but at least not harmful.

meat like size on my hand come out from me during periods, i felts serve pain i could feel something tearing inside me .im on yaz it been 2 months.
i normal see this but i am worried at the size and the pain i felt ?

Sometimes, yes: As long as this is a transient, as opposed to recurrent, occurrence.  This can especially become an issue with ocp (oral contraceptive pill) transitioning.  The pain is mainly due to release of certain hormones (e.g. Prostaglandins) as the lining of the uterus is shedding.  Usually, medications like Motrin, Advil (NSAIDs: non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) are helpful for such symptoms.

routine ua rbc 3-5 norm 0-4 few bacteria blood small everything else neg pc recommends see uro is this necessary at this time. ? had abdominal ct (other reason) 1 yr ago all clear. should i insist on just redo urine test?

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not a cause for concern.

Poor night vision: Two common causes are astigmatism, which gives people a lot of difficulty dealing with the glare from lights at night. Vitamin a deficiency can also do this (nyctalopia) but it is not very common, but it wouldn't hurt to take a daily multivitamin with vitamin a (most do have it).

Contact your local hospital for community resources or local public health department if finances are an issue.

Unlikely  pregnant: If you only had oral sex it. is extremely unlikely that any sperm would end up in your vagina, if ever you are worried you can do a urine pregnancy test. Worrying  can also cause your period to be late.
