Symptoms: The cold sore is common with herpes stomatitis Type I, can apply OTC camphophenique with tip to it while heals in 10 days and can be recurrent. For nonspecific vaginitis can use Mycology ointment OTC twice a day and if persists can see GYN MD for further evaluation. 
The goosebumps could be anxiety from worry and will go away by itself. If body rash occurs see pedi MD in person. Regards, Healthtap

Yes: Oral herpes can be transmitted thru saliva of an infected person to the genital of another. See your GYN if you have lesion or symptoms

No risk, stop asking: The same question was answered a day or two ago. Repeated asking won't change the answer. In longstanding herpes, the virus is almost never transmitted to a new body area. See your doctor about your symptoms.

im having pain on the entrance of my vagina,and what looks like a coldsore,i have no discharge, just pain if i touchit,and the only thing that i think caused the pain is rough sex for a week straight.im a minor,telling my mom is not an option?

If you cannot see a doctor because of your mom, you need to practice safe sex from now on.
Do not have safe for at least one week. If the vagina lesion is from rough sex, it will heal by then. Herpetic lesion(s) is also healed without treatment by times but it will recur.
Take this as a personal experience, practice safe sex otherwise you may get more serious STDs.

Yes: If someone with an active cold sore, which is a form of herpes, he is shedding virus and can pass it thorough saliva.

Yes: 25% of people in this country have herpes, but 90% don't know it.
A blood test would be better than a viral culture.
If you have herpes simplex i (2/3 are oral) then this is a very common problem -- cold sores.
If you have hsv ii (2/3 are genital), then you may have more prolonged/painful lesions that require valtrex/acyclovir treatment.  Herpes is forever. This blood test tells you your history.

Bartholin cyst: This could be a Bartholin cyst.  Hard to tell with examination.   You are not describing genital herpes.
If it gets bigger or painful, it may have to be drained.

Infections: Need work up immediately. Many causes such as herpes, h. Ducreyi, trichomonas, gonorrhea, etc.  There are treatments and you must get them asap, especially with the back pain- signifies that infection is systemic.
