Not likely: While nothing is impossible, not only would the sperm have to get through 2 pairs of underwear, it would then have to get inside your vagina, through the cervix and through the fallopian tubes to meet with your egg.

Extremely unlikely: That would be three barriers that the sperm would have to cross.  The only way I could see any potential for this to occur would be if garments were soaked with ejaculate &amp; this was thrust into introitus. So, for all intensive purposes - no.
