I don't know: of any doctors who would say you can get pregnant through three layers of clothing.  Relax.  But get on some real birth control so you aren't driving your self crazy.  While this behavior won't get you pregnant, you are certainly at risk for participating in behavior that will.

So chance of pregnancy is low but if you miss your period for 5 days you should do a pregnancy test with an early morning urine sample. If you are concerned about pregnancy and you are sexually active, use contraceptive pill.
