Not neccessarily: A lot of fluid discharge may reflect your partners large volume or you may produce a larger than average amount of vaginal/ vulvar secretions with sexual excitement.

Toilet seat: It is quite difficult to acquire an infection, and even more difficult to acquire a pregnancy from a toilet set contaminate with semen.  Recall that a sperm cell needs to come in contact with a viable female egg cell.  Possible, but very unlikely.

: Odd question. HIV does not arise between healthy people during sexual contact. HIV transfers from one infected person to an uninfected person when/if infected fluids pass in a way that the germ can pass to them. Any such transfer will have an incubation period before the infection is can be detected.
