: Any erect penis is secreting semen which contains sperm. If any does get inside your genitals it might make it up into the Fallopian tubes &amp; trigger pregnancy. Yet sperm are fragile and cannot survive more than a few minutes outside. The risk from the exposure cited is close to zero. If you are going to play this way cover up with a condom &amp; reduce the risk.
