Get checked.: Are you on any medications?  Get a good physical and appropriate labwork to determine the cause.  Natural remedies won't work for some problems that can cause this. You could have retrograde ejaculation, if you climax and semen goes backwards into the bladder. There could also be a neurologic problem or blockage of your ejaculatory ducts. Worth consulting a urologist with expertise in infertility.

Erection problem: I see asmanex as your asthma medication and methylprednisone. Methylprednisone is usually temporary and if that's the reason for erection dysfunction, then it should restore soon after it's discontinued. Asmanex doesn't list erectile dysfunction as a side effect. If there is any other medication you are on, let us know.
