EC: Although there are at least a dozen types of birth control pills that can be dosed as an emergency contraceptive, I can find no source that includes Loestrin among them.  Perhaps someone else has a regimen, but I recommend getting Plan B or the like to ensure you get the maximum benefit.

Difficult to answer: Since the orginal reasons for the Primolut N prescription are unknown.  This is best answered by your Clinician.

Common: Primolut n is a progestin only pill that is used for several indications including endometriosis and to decrease menstrual bleeding - it is also used to delay the menses.  It is not specifically a contraceptive and will not likely keep you from ovulating or conceiving. If you have irregular periods it may not be time - if your periods are usually regular, the do a pregnancy test to rule out that.

Do pregnancy test: If you have been having unprotected sex you should start with a pregnancy test. By the time your period is late it is too late for emergency contraception. Only if the test is negative would I consider taking Primolut N to initiate a period after you finish it.

Depends: While the progesterones you mention can cause a withdrawal bleed, it may be that you don't have any lining to bleed from. Have you talked to your doctor about birth control?  Typical birth control is a combo of estrogen/progesterone, which typically gives a woman a regular cycle.  Consider that thyroid can also play as role, as can weight (too heavy/thin).  Talk to you doctor for additional info.

Yes, assuming . . .: If you can drink alcohol where you are now while on Primolut N (http://www.drugs.com/uk/primolut-n-spc-15917.html), there's no reason why you can't drink alcohol while on vacation somewhere else. Just be sure to use condoms to minimize risk for sexually transmitted diseases/infections.

There are many: different formulations for birth control that you could use for PCOS.  The most suitable ones are those with very low estrogen and moderate amounts of progestin.
