Alopcia after childb: Alopecia ( hairloss) after childbirth is rare, however it could happen if you had a rather difficult delivery or you have post-partum depression. Taking your prenatal vitamins probably would not help with alopecia but would not hurt anything either. Alpecia may be related to hormonal imbalance and it may be a good idea to check with your physician to explore possiblt thyroid or pituitary problems.

Likely not: Unless you have been specifically diagnosed with a vitamin deficiency, you will likely get more than enough supplementation from a multivitamin and or routine diet. More and more data is coming out showing the potential adverse effects of taking vitamin and mineral supplements and that large doses can be detrimental - a much more common problem in this country than vitamin deficiency.

Yes: Prenatal vitamins can be taken by non-pregnant adult.  Like most vitamins, unless your overdose, there are no serious side effects.  Lamictal can be related to hair loss.

No problem: Except that there is ZERO.....0......chance of any benefit.  Don't be a sucker. Tocopherols are in everything you eat.  Supplements of it have never benefited anyone except the cynical people who sell it.

No.: Vitamin A in usual diet is not known to cause hair loss.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Hair follicle function ↓es with both age ; especially loss of capillary blood supply to follicle in skin. Any inflammatory process in skin around follicles can greatly ↑ rate of hair loss. Fear, anguish can also greatly ↑ both. Vitamin supplements rarely of value.
