Can be: Getting dizzy in early pregnancy can be normal.  This is because there is more blood pooling in the lower body due to vaso-dilation.  Move slowly.  Especially getting up from a sitting or laying position.  Drink lots of water.

The Flu Season: It is the flu season.  None of your symptoms in any way sound like pregnancy. It sounds like you may have a cold or the flu.

Check blood pressure: During late pregnancy the baby gets oxygen solely based on your blood pressure. So if you're dizzy you need to make sure your blood pressure is not low. So please seek medical attention and have your blood pressure checked.  The ringing in the ears may be related, may not be related.

Could be: Those are all common complaints/symptoms in preg women, but you would have to be at least a couple weeks pregnant for them to start.  Call your OB if you are worried.

Yes: Usually the urine preg test / home preg tests are accurate but blood preg test is most sensitive and accurate - if do not get period in another 2d and usually have regular periods - would get it evaluated.

Gas: I've known women who mistook a baby for gas, and one once who mistook gas for a baby kicking.  The dizziness is concerning though. If it continues,  you should have yourself checked out by your physician.

Pregnancy: None of the symptoms described by you are specific. Those are fairly common complaints seen in a lot of pregnant women especially in early pregnancy. I would have you consult your doc to discuss those with him as he is more intimately familiar with your pregnancy than any of us.

Pregnancy : tends to lower blood pressure by causing blood vessels to relax, so you can hold more fluid/blood. This can contribute to the symptoms you are noting, and for sure you should let your doctor know, as testing for heart issues can be appropriate.
