Yes: There is still chest wall mobility.
As one grows, the tissues can still change and the depth of the excavatum may exaggerate.
Some other symptoms may occur as well  as one ages.

Pectus deformity : Bony deformities cannot be corrected through bracing after skeletal maturity. Unless this is painful or causing skin problems I would leave it alone. Osteotomues can be done to relieve skin pressure but can be problematic.

No: Pectus excavatum cannot cause asthma.  However, if it is severe, pectus excavatum could restrict lung volumes and make an asthma attack worse.

Unusual: Pectus carinatum doesn't usually just appear. It has been there all along. It ay have become more pronounced acutely and can be more on one side that the other. An MRI can be very helpful as can a chiropractor in many cases. An MRI is very helpful in case  it is not pectus carintaum.

Doubtful: I couldn't locate a controlled study on long-term effects if surgery is not done.  In most cases the condition is cosmetic, and there were no reported deaths.  Severe pectus excavatum does decrease lung and cardiac function, however, basically through compression and smaller volumes.  A pediatric surgeon would be able to give you a better idea of the future after checking the individual patient.

Yes: Both pectus carinatum (pigeon chest) an pectus excavatum (funnel chest) can be corrected.  Historically both were corrected by surgery but recently carinatum is treated where appropriate with a brace.

Not usually: Generally pectins excavatum doesn't affect breast development. Poland syndrome is one situation when pectus and abnormal breast development occur together. Usually pectus excavatum will make the breasts seem less prominent.
