Groin pain: IBS symptoms can radiate to groin, but I would expect you to be having other IBS symptoms too. Given your information primary groin strain would be most likely. I would expect improvement in a week or so.

Doubtful: It depends on the type of cysts.  A "cyst" is not a diagnosis per se, it is a description.  All menstruating women make two cysts a month, a follicular cyst and a corpus luteum.  Given your symptoms, you should be reexamined to see if has resolved.  More than likely it has and the bloating is from something else.  But get examined.

Abdominal  pain: ReneeT210~ a 2-3cm ovarian cyst are usually coincidental on US and usually causes no problem. Endometriosis, CAN cause that pain and if you are exeriencing pain you should go and see your OB GYN thanks

Not Likely: Symptoms of a ruptured ovarian cyst may be acute onset of pain, and nausea.  The symptoms would not likely last the time it would take to lose 30 lbs.  Something else is going on and it sounds serious.   Please see your doctor immediately.

Wrong: Ovarian cyst do not cause headache or true stomach pain. They can cause pelvic pain. Cyst should be observed and if they don't go away they may require biopsy.

Belly pain: Endometriosis will cause pain on whatever side the actual deposits are and should radiate based on ur Neuro/Embrio anatomy. Ovarian cyst will most of the time hurt only to the side of its location. However, there are other reasons to have pain in the belly in a young woman, like u. Remove the cyst: If your cyst is so large to cause your abdomen to protrude, it is definitely not a normal kind of cyst.  In all likelihood, you will need surgery to have it removed.  However, you will want to confirm that it is indeed your ovarian cyst that is causing this disturbing symptom.  See your gynecologist.

Ovarian Cyst: Depending on when your last GYN exam and ultrasound were to assess the cyst, you may need these repeated to assess if the cyst has resolved or is larger.  The presence of a cyst could contribute to your symptoms.

Yes: A large ovarian cyst can make your stomach swell.  I've taken a few out that weighed nearly 30 pounds.  Fortunately, this is rare.
