Yes- it is.: Right after being bitten by a mosquito you may develop a soft white bump than later transitions into a hard, brown (reddish-brown) or a blister or bruising. There may be itching ; swelling around the lesion.

Bite: Triple antibiotic cream and band aid. This should go away in a week.

Depends  on if pus: If the fluid in the blister is only something like serum, then it should clear out if few days to a weeks. If the fluid is pus, then it needs to be lanced and drained and might need antibiotics. The fluid in this case is associated with redness of skin and pain.

Yes but: The very first mosquito bite may not induce itching but subsequent ones will since one then becomes allergic to the components in the venom. Not all insect bites induce itching (spider bite for example) . The odds are against a mosquito bite not being itchy and thus the bite was likely from another insect.

Must be seen and: evaluated. Cannot be diagnosed online. You can try using 1% hydrocortisone cream (OTC)-for itching and swelling ; however, definitive diagnosis requires  direct examination

Assuming it is a: different location each time. Consider applying calamine lotion or crushed ice or a cold pack. A 1 to 1 mix of water &amp; baking soda is effective when applied to lesions. You can take oral medications like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Chlorpheniramine for itching.   Take care.

Possible infection : Some conditions to consider include hand,foot,mouth disease, impetigo, contact dermatitis and allergic reactions.

I don't know: The  female mosquito deposits saliva that contains anticoagulants in the skin. Anticoagulants allow for bleeding.  However, i don't know if this would be able to cause a blood blister.
