However, if uncircumcised, there is the right mileu for this with the foreskin covering the glans, being moist, warm and dark so it can happen.  Usually it will not with normal hygiene.

It can cause swelling and redness of vulva along with itching and burning pain. It may lead to pain with urination or sex.

Taking probiotics and eating yoghurt with active cultures can help.
