Get exam: Since you have continuing issues with your penis I recommend an examination by your physician or a urologist to see what the matter is. Normal penis tissue shouldn't be bumpy. You will also be instructed on good penis hygiene.

Syphilis also is a possible cause. See a doctor for proper diagnosis -- the sooner the better for accurate diagnosis, and for effective treatment if it's herpes. Don't have sex until the "cut" has been diagnosed and has healed.
