Not that I've heard: I haven't ever heard that masturbation can cause a period to come sooner or cause faster completion. There are uterine contractions with an orgasm, and i would suppose it's theoretically possible that these contractions could cause the blood from a uterine lining that was already going to be expelled to come out sooner.... Though i've never read anything to this effect.

Semen volume: Your production and storage of semen is the issue, along with contraction of seminal vesicles, which were probably inflamed; Contraction of the seminal vesicles is impaired a bit. This will be temporary and you will heal. At this time, masturbate less for awhile, exercise carefully, eat well, protect your genitals from trauma; occasional baths - soaking in warm water - will help. Be patient.

Define long periods: Not sure how to answer this...
Depending on how "long" these "sessions" last, maybe you should stop them so you can go about a normal life.  Seriously, if you are saying you get heart symptoms with masterbating, perhaps you should consult a cardiologist first.  Males your age should not have any symptomatic problems while "loping the mule".  Get your heart checked out, but otherwise should be ok.

No: Menarche usually occurs between ages 11 & 13 in the us. However for some their period could start as early as age 9 & for others not until 16. Before you have a period, you will have noticed breast development, pubic hair & white to yellowish vaginal discharge. Before the first period a girl may feel bloated, develop cramps in legs or abdomen & feel moody (depressed or anxious).

her period may be slightly irregular  but masturbation and orgasm alone " foreplay" does not cause pregnancy.
