: No. Your BC Pill is absorbed in the upper intestines within an hour or so of intake. Nothing stored in your colon or removed during prep will change its effectiveness.

Likely to interfere: I am not sure any studies have been done to actually confirm the effect of bowel prep on BCP, but anything that significantly alters the diet or digestion, including antibiotics, have been known to interfere with absorption of the pill.  Other variables include the timing of the cycle, etc.  I recommend back up protection for the remainder of the month.

my son was told after a colonoscopy, that his small intestines were on one side of his body and his colon on the other.  his birth weight was only 4lbs and 5 oz. born only two weeks early he was considered full term. can this cause problems later?

Hard to know: The colon is part of your intestine so i'm not sure what your son was really told.  I suspect that he was told he has a malrotation (though this is difficult to tell from colonoscopy).  This is a dangerous condition and needs to be surgically corrected asap- to be able to say more i'd need to know the medical terms that were used.

i forgot to take my birth control the day before i had intercourse . however im still a virgin because i only had pre cum around my anus not inside . if i took my birth control right after this , can i be pregnant or no?

: Could be but not likely.  Time will tell. Always use protection is my advice. But the only way to assure you do not get pregnant is to abstain.

Yes: The time variation you mentioned should not affect the effectiveness of the pill.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
