Yes: Most of the nyquil preparations do not have something to thin the mucus. The Mucinex (guaifenesin) can accomplish this.

Yes but...: You can but it's likely not going to be any more effective for your symptoms. Try fluticasone with some afrin. Otherwise sudafed.

Mgt: If there is a fever for more than 2-3 days, please see your PCP for evaluation of sinusitis. Otherwise, I would advise nasal saline rinses.

Yes: Nyquil contains acetaminophen, dextromethorphan, and doxylamine. Mucinex (guaifenesin) is guafenesin. They can be taken together.
