Yes: Microgynon is a birth control pill and the citalopram should not interact with it, or decrease the birth control effects.

No problem: Pau d'Arco is a supplement rather than a drug and shouldn't have any effect on your birth control. Make sure you take your birth control at the same time everyday and don't skip any pills.

Ask Dentist: No two people are alike, and your Dentist knows you best.  That said, in the hands of a Specialist (Periodontist, Oral Surgeon, or Prosthodontist) placement of multiple implants is routine, and easier on the patient than doing one at a time.  Hardest part of the procedure is the worrying about it.

Confirm instructions: Microgynon  is a combination birth control pill. You normally take one pill per day the one expects to have a period at the end of the pack. If you were instructed to take more than one a day that may be fine but you need to clarify the instructions with the prescribing doctor.

Confused.: A cochlear implant is an effective procedure to retain some hearing in patients with total deafness.  The ear surgeon will apply for this and depending on the surgeons' report to the insurance company, should not take more than a few weeks.  If you are talking about the actual procedure, it takes about 2 -3 hours.  Why don't you ask the Otologist?

does the nuvaring and nexplanon at the same time cancel each other out? i accidentally left my nuvaring on for the first 6 days of my implant

Contraceptive: They are both progesterone only contraceptives with the nuvaring containing estrogen .  They enhance each other not cancel.
