Light headedness and numbness in the hands and feet suggests a different cause. Is your diet rich enough in iron to make red blood cells or are you anemic? Consider a vit with iron or iron tablets. Do you have enough fluids: dehydrated?Fluids and salts help

In pills: These have different effects.  The fish oil presumably helps with the circulation and health of the heart.  The baby aspirin is just to prevent easy blood clotting and can aid in preventing strokes.  Fish oil comes in a capsule and you can get baby aspirin (81 mg) in an enteric for which minimizes stomach irritation.

: Talk to your doctor about all the medications, supplements, over the counter medications, hebals etc.  It would be appropriate discuss if you should be taking aspirin,  It is unlikely that fish oil and turmeric will provide any health effects.

Should be ok: There are no interactions with fish oil and Aspirin that i know of   if you are taking fish oil to treat your cholesterol make sure your doctor is aware and that you are not doing it solely to avoid doctor recommended medication.

Very Controversial: because Most people have a risk under 1/1000 per year of heart attack (if No personal history), the risk of ulcer from Aspirin is higher.

but, 81 mg Aspirin has a better likelihood of working than a high dose, and a bit safer
