Vertigo may b part: of a cluster of symptoms experienced when an SSRI (ie; Citalopram), is stopped (in ur case, to start Buspar, (buspirone) another anti-anxiety med). However, vertigo can be caused by a multiplicity of physical illnesses that range from infection, to head trauma or stroke. C ur MD to have the underlying cause of ur vertigo id'ed &amp; treated. dimenhydramate may help 4 nausea, but cause of vertigo must b uncovered!

Yes: I believe the dose of xanax (alprazolam) that you are taking is so low that I am not sure it is even therapeutic.  The dose of dramamine you should take is 12.5 mgm.  Dramamine (meclizine) over the counter is usually 25 mgm. So do not drive if you take both of these drugs.  In short, i believe you can take both drugs if you take the lower dose of dramamine (12.5 mgm.).

Yes: Dramamine (dimenhydrinate) is generally a safe medication by itself but when you combine it with other anti histamine like Alavert (Claritin) you should be mindful of symptom of drowsiness. While driving that may be an issue if you are behind the wheel.
