Yes,Yes.: If you smoke majuana (unprescribed by md) that is bad. If you have addison's disease and  smoke marijuana that is more bad. I wish you can decide to fight these 2 disorders and reclaim the healthy life you deserve. Get help for both problems. Life can be good.

High risk: It was always known that smoking increase the risk of kidney disease. Now, a research shows that smoking may lead to potentially dangerous changes in kidney function even in healthy population, regardless the age. No: Marijuana is a psychoactive drug that messes with your head. It is not okay to smoke weed with or without antibiotics.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

No: The THC in marijuana messes with the user's brain, especially so in college students and high school students, because their brain cells are younger than old adult brains and thus are still doing lots of important new connections. THC in adolescents can affect attention, memory, visual processing, full-scale IQ and verbal IQ. With problems in these brain functions, life just wouldn't be the same.

More clotting: Marijuana increases production of free radicals, deposits tar and other residue in your lungs and introduces carbon monoxide into your system.  This produces oxidative stress which increases systemic inflammation and can make your blood clot more easily.If you already have this tendency, your are worsening your health and increasing the chances of having a stroke or other clotting disease.

Positive w/in a day: I expect that is a 24 hour day. So, you'll likely test positive. At the time of testing,  cigarettes can make results unreliable - but that is not a pass. They'll just redo the test. So, unless you are close to the 24 hrs, you'll be snagged. Play it safe until it is legal. Be active to make your POV heard. Vote for candidates who reflect your ideas.
