: A second trimester  pill could be urinary retention. Consult with your OBGYN doctor, you may be asked to urinate before you insert the pill.

Medical abortion: Oral abortion pills are not always effective in elimination of all tissue from the uterus.  Three weeks of changing bleeding may indicate an incomplete abortive process, or even a failed one, and tubal pregnancy is a possibility. See the physician who prescribed the abortion pills for an exam and other testing.

Urination: I would need more information.   Exactly which pill and what dosing.   What tests have already been run.  Have you seen a urologist yet and been evaluated.  If you have not yet been seen by a urologist (specialist of the bladder and urinary system) I would do this next.

: Consult your GYN physician for guidance, as stress (emotional, school, relationships ) may delay your ovulation, which will delay the onset of menstruation.  If the testing was negative, pregnancy is unlikely.  Ask your GYN about low dose oral contraceptives.
