See below: No substantial difference between ointment and cream. You may continue taking iron tablets as prescribed by your doctor. You may have sex when you are ready and feel like having it.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Warts or condyloma have the appearance of the attached photo. You would need to have then looked at by a medical professional for confirmation.

Shouldn't matter: Your hemorrhoids should have no effect on his problem. They are physical growths due to dilated veins, not an infection. Vaginal intercourse would not place him at risk from your hemorrhoids. However, if you have picked up a STD like chlamydia or gonorrhea they can easily give his such symptoms.

Hemorrhoids: Sitz bathes: sit in a bathtub with enough warm water to submerge  anal area. Soak for about 15 minutes – several times a day.   There are a number of over-the-counter medications you can use for your anus to help with itching, burning & pain. Preparation h is one of the more well known products. Oral tylenol (acetaminophen) helps with discomfort.  Severe pain - see physician! usually no abd pain. Can have sex now.

Yes, but may get bad: It will likely make you sore and have swelling and bleeding.    Hemorrhoids are  swollen veins, sometimes with clots.  Any straining or trauma can make them worse.
