I am assuming the person you are kissing is a marijuana smoker.A quick kiss while holding your breath should be safe. Better still, advise your partner to get treated for the marijuana abuse, then, you can do some real kissing you can both enjoy.

Testing for marijuana use is usually a urine test, kissing someone who smoked weed would not give a positive result.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

If you do weed the test can be positive if you kiss another weed user or not, although a non-user would not test positive just from kissing a weed user. The hair test detects drug incorporated in the hair during its growth period as derived from the blood. It doesn't   get in hair that is properly washed by being around a weed smoker.

The closest i came was one website that said that the detergent alone might not cut through the resin, but that the agitation of the laundry cycle may knock it out. My advice: stay away from it, especially if it is illegal in your jurisdiction and you are on parole for something already;).

I don't hear you asking as if stopping is a possibility.  If you continue to smoke thc, it will never get out of your system, blood, or urine.  Thc is stored in your fat, and stays there much longer if using daily like you are.  If you stopped completely today, it would still detectable in urine for at least 100 days.  Blood -- at least 7 days.  Hair -- much longer (months).
