Not usually: In the overwhelming majority of patients ovulation happens 14 days before the period begins, so that by 10 days before the period starts - it would be too late for the egg to be available for fertilization.

Yes: I imagine you're aware that semen is a bit thick and gloopy or sticky.  Its that way so some of it will stay in the vagina long enough to allow sperm to move into your vaginal secretions.  While female superior may not be the ideal position with men with low sperm counts, it won't prevent pregnancy for most.  Consider lying on your back with legs drawn up for 20 min after ejaculation.

Still chances: Regardless of the sexual position, if semen is introduced into your vagina when fertile, you are susceptible to get pregnant.  Keep trying, but any position you choose would be fine, and likely carry the same chances as long as your husband ejaculates into you.  If you can not get pregnant over time, then get fertility testing for both you and your husband.  Best wishes.

: Since the shaft of the pnis would have viable sperm from the ejaculation, it is possible to become pregnant, since sperm are in contact with the internal vagina. The "morning after pill" will reduce chance of pregnancy, but get a serum HCG test if your period is delayed.

Possible: If you are ovulating , which is a problem  in pcod , as it is a unprotected sex , get a pregnancy  test done.
