: No.  HSV is transmitted by contact of a susceptible person with an individual excreting virus.  The virus must encounter mucosal surfaces or broken skin in  order for an infection to be initiated.

Yes: The transmission of herpes is not 100% with contact but increases with any breaks in skin or contact with mucosal membranes.  One could potentially "auto-inoculate" or spread the herpes virus to different parts of their body this way.  Therefore, a cut to the hand makes it vulnerable to the herpes virus if there was contact.

Many things possible: Many things are possible in life. A guy who freaks out about things like this needs to avoid massage parlours. Otherwise, he'll just be freaking out every time he goes to one. Masseuses, and people in general, don't have herpes viruses on their hands. So, while possible, it is unlikely to get herpes with a massage.

Yes: If they have active lesions (cold sores), then yes, it is possible.  It's transmitted from the fluid in those lesions.  The fluid is filled with virus.

: No risk at all. Herpes viruses are not transmitted by contact with their clothing, or with anything in their environment. You also cannot get it by sharing an infected person's toilet, shower, towels, eating utensils, etc. The only way you can catch it is by kissing, oral sex, or intercourse with an infected person.

HSV: If you never had it before and an infected mucous membrane touched broken skin on you neck it is possible.  ONly you know if this is likely.
