Seafood + pregnant: Seafood during pregnancy could be really important, as is an important intake of omega 3, vitamin D, vitamin B12, iodine and selenium (which can be really important on the initial months of pregnancy), but it's also important to know that it may contain organic pollutants and heavy metals. That's why it's recommended 2-3 times per week (and document any adverse effect), or 300–450 g of fish p/week
