can i drink decaf coffee when breastfeeding?

Absolutely: If you enjoy this as a beverage and you are doing decaf, there is no reason not to enjoy your coffee while breastfeeding. Make sure to get some dairy, however, as you need that extra calcium while breast feeding.

i have a severe sensitivity to stimulants, so i occasionally drink decaf coffee. but, if i have a big cup or drink quickly, i still get very sick..?

Try tea: You may wish to try tea instead of coffee. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

sometimes after drink reg or decaf coffee i get confused, high feel like i've been drugged. feel weird. this isn't all coffee just some. what's up wit?

Caffeine: the caffeine may be raising your blood pressure and making you feel this way. Get checked out by your doctor

Ill from decaf: Perhaps it is a coincidence. Make sure you are not ill from something else first. How many cups/day. A few individuals are intolerant of the processing technique but that is rare.

No harm: If you can tolerate coffee, it is okay. Do not drink it too hot.

Yes: Both tea and coffee are 99% water. Also most foods except specially prepared dehydrated foods are mostly water. Cucumbers are 95% water. So drink what you want with your meals. Just watch the alcohol content.

i went to see a doctor and was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia.
i know of the things i cannot eat and drink but would decaf coffee be ok?

Yes: Sorry to hear about your hiatal hernia but the good news is there are many things that you can still enjoy. Studies have shows that decaffeinated coffee has been shown to decrease the acid reflux symptoms commonly experienced when drinking regular (caffeinated) coffee. You can also try experimenting with low acidity coffee to see if that agrees better work you.

i consume one cup of decaf coffee 3 times a week from one of the coffee shops.most of the time i feel fine but 1 out of 20 times maybe i feel jittery,short of breath,dizzy,lightheaded & anxious after drinking it. what could be making that difference?

: It's possible that you've mistakenly been served strong caffeinated coffee. Either that or you're occasionally experiencing an anxiety reaction or cardiac arrhythmia. Check your pulse should such symptoms occur in the future. See your MD as needed.
