Yes/no: Kidney function is not altered  by alcohol and vice a versa. So moderate amount of alcohol drinking is acceptable but drink lots of water with it in order to avoid dehydration(which Alcohol can cause as it is a diuretic and makes you urinate more than normal). So drinking water with alcohol and after wards for 12 hours will provide the extra protection to your remaining kidney.

Yes.: Alcohol does not rely on your kidney for excretion and does not generally harm the kidney.  You should be wary of many other medications including all the non steroidal anti inflammatory medications.

Yes: If yoiu are healthy after donating the kidney, you should not have a problem drinking alcohol.  Alcohol is detoxified in the liver, so if you have a healthy liver, you can drink alcohol.

Alcohol: is very much a cause as it can lead to dehydration.  Even though you think you are drinking plenty of fluids you are not.  Do yourself a favor stop the booze, drink water.  See a nephrologist as you are at risk for chronic kidney problems.

No: Alcohol is toxic to living tissues (we humans happen to be a complex glob of living tissues). Even moderate drinking is too much alcohol. Also, a person with IV contrast in her blood doesn't need any additional, voluntary toxins in her body. It's much safer to drink water or green tea, neither of which contain calories nor alcohol... and wait for the body to recover from the stress of IV contrast.

Seek urgent care!: Sounds quite concerning. Could be pancreatitis, kidney stones or something else in the back or abdomen. Not to mention one shouldn't be drinking alcohol when pregnant. Please seek urgent medical attention.

Sleep problem: You need to be assessed for causeof sleep problems and frequent use of sedatives can  make you dependent on sedatives.

To good health: If you are taking antibiotics for an infection -in your case azithromycin, you should really focus on getting well. Especially since you are still early in the treatment. This means, staying up late, drinking alcohol etc are not recommended. Is this going to harm you? Probably not if it is only one drink but you should give your body a break since alcohol is a toxin, technically speaking.
